This is the Inabon River in Ponce, PR. This location is at Road 511 KM 6.7 and is the vehicular crossing for the residents of Sector Jurutungo 2. There is also a foot hanging bridge used by the residents when the river overflows like what you see on this video. This river sometimes have sudden and unexpected rapid overflows like this one even on clear days without clouds. You must stay alert for bad weather and rain clouds high up in the mountains by Raices and be ready to get out of the water fast or you could very easily get swept by the furious current. You don't stand a chance!
